1. Use License & Permissions

Permission is granted to use the CSS, Tailwind, and SCSS code generated by CSSLabz for both personal and commercial projects. You are free to modify and integrate these snippets into your websites, apps, or themes without any mandatory attribution to CSSLabz.

2. Intellectual Property

While the generated code snippets are free to use, the website design, original graphics, UI components, and the unique "Hover Laboratory" logic are the intellectual property of CSSLabz. Republishing our entire library or cloning the tool's functionality for a competing service is strictly prohibited.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

The tools on CSSLabz are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the compatibility of generated code with all browser versions. CSSLabz shall not be held liable for any damages (including data loss or project delays) arising from the use of our generated code in production environments.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use any automated bot or scraper to extract our library items.
• Use the site in any way that could disable or overburden the server.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on CSSLabz could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
